未标题-1

The new energy electronic water pump is an electrically driven and electronically intelligent controlled coolant circulation pump that does not rely on an internal combustion engine crankshaft. It is specifically designed for thermal management in new energy vehicles (pure electric/hybrid/fuel cell). The mainstream solution is a brushless DC motor (BLDC). Core components include: brushless motor, impeller, pump body, sealing system, and integrated controller (supporting PWM/CAN communication).

Product Features

1. Independent Operation: Does not rely on the engine; maintains stable temperature control even in parking charging/preheating/pure electric modes.

2. Precise Speed Regulation: Wide flow range, fast response, temperature difference controlled within ±2℃, improving battery/electric drive lifespan.

3. Energy Efficient: On-demand start/stop; BLDC efficiency reaches 68%+, reducing overall vehicle power consumption and indirectly improving range.

4. Long Lifespan and Low Noise: No brush wear, IP67 protection, designed lifespan of 10,000+ hours, noise level 10–15dB lower than mechanical pumps.

5. Intelligent Diagnostics: Supports overcurrent/overheat/locked rotor protection; reports faults via CAN FD.

Working Principle

1. The controller receives temperature signals from the vehicle's thermal management system (or BMS/MCU) and outputs drive current;

2. The brushless motor generates a rotating magnetic field through electronic commutation, driving the permanent magnet rotor and coaxial impeller to rotate at high speed;

3. The impeller rotation creates a pressure difference, drawing in and discharging glycol-based coolant, thus achieving heat transfer;

4. The speed can be steplessly adjusted via PWM signals, allowing for on-demand adjustment of flow rate and head, with no wasted power consumption when the machine is stopped.

Application

application

1. Battery Pack: Controls battery temperature between 20–35℃, quickly dissipates heat during fast charging, and uses PTC preheating at low temperatures;

2. Electric Drive System: Cools the drive motor and motor controller (IGBT) to prevent power reduction due to high temperatures;

3. Air Conditioning and Thermal Management: Heat pump system circulation, heating core circuit;

4. Fuel Cell: Stack cooling and water circulation.
