Oil-free scroll compressors rely on the meshing of a **moving vane and a stationary vane** to compress air, generating significant heat during compression. Air-cooled models dissipate heat via fans; however, under high temperatures, thermal expansion of the vanes can lead to contact between components, reduced efficiency, and limited pressure output.
**Liquid cooling (water cooling)**: Closed cooling channels are machined inside the stationary vane, housing, and motor casing.
