The fuel cell coolant circulation system employs a closed-loop forced circulation system, using a low thermal conductivity coolant driven by an electric water pump to maintain the optimal temperature of the fuel cell stack. The system integrates a deionizer for thermal insulation and utilizes intelligent flow control to achieve cold start-up and high-load heat dissipation.

Electronic Water Pump Structure

1. The water pump structure is a shielded pump structure;

2. The front bearing housing is in contact with the medium, and the front insulating pad insulates the front bearing housing from the housing;

3. To meet the insulation requirements of the rear bearing housing, a new structure is designed to encapsulate the rear bearing housing and isolate it from the housing, satisfying the insulation requirements between the medium and the housing. The rear bearing housing is separate from the housing and is an independent part. The controller is fixed at the rear end, providing heat dissipation for the controller, reducing temperature rise, and improving the controller's service life. The front end contacts the circulating medium, carrying away the controller's heat.

4. The motor shaft has a hollow structure. The medium enters the shielding sleeve through the front bearing housing in the high-pressure area of ​​the volute, and after reaching the rear bearing housing, it enters the bottom of the motor shaft through the cross groove of the rear bearing housing, returning to the water pump inlet through the central hole of the motor shaft, forming a small heat dissipation circulation system.
