Brief Introduction
The heater portion of the PTC heater assembly is located in the lower part of the heater and utilizes the properties of the PTC sheet for heating. The heater is energized at high voltage and the PTC sheet generates heat, which is transferred to the aluminum strip of the radiator and then blown across the surface of the heater by an air box fan, which removes the heat and blows warm air.
The PTC air heater assembly adopts one-piece structure, which integrates the controller and PTC heater into one, the product is small in size, light in weight and easy to install. The PTC heater is compact in structure and reasonable in layout, which utilizes the space of the heater with maximum efficiency, and the safety, waterproof and assembly process are considered in the design of the heater to ensure that the heater can operate normally.
