    Because of the battery winter low temperature start discharge capacity is limited, battery preheating technology is also used by many car companies, the most widespread is the use of heating water type PTC, the cabin and battery in series in a heating circuit, through the three-way valve switch can choose whether to carry out the cabin and battery together heating large cycle or one of the small cycle of individual heating. The PTC heater is a heater designed for new energy vehicles  to meet the voltage requirements of 3KW 350V. The PTC liquid heater heats the entire vehicle, provides heat to the cockpit of the new energy vehicle and meets the criteria for safe defrosting and defogging. 

    Electric parking heaters are installed in electric vehicles. The battery of an electric vehicle is affected by the temperature in winter, the activity decreases and the battery capacity decays. The PTC water heater is connected in series in the heat dissipation circuit of the electric vehicle battery. By adjusting the power of the water heater, the temperature and flow rate of the incoming water are controlled so as to control the battery to be charged at the appropriate temperature even in winter and to ensure the best charging efficiency and battery activity.
