Electric Air Conditioning Compressor For New Energy Vehicle

1. Definition:

A new energy vehicle air conditioning compressor refers to the compressor used in the vapor compression refrigeration and heating system of a new energy electric vehicle. It provides power for the circulation of the working fluid in the refrigeration and heating system. The compressor is driven by its own motor, and the refrigerants used are mainly R134a, R1234y, R410A, R407C, and R744.

2. Technical Requirements:

Due to the change in driving method, the air conditioning compressor of a new energy vehicle, as a core component of the thermal management system, has technical and usage requirements that differ from those of traditional fuel vehicle air conditioning compressors and household air conditioning compressors. Its main technical characteristics and performance requirements are as follows:

(1) High efficiency, low noise, lightweight, and miniaturized. (The overall noise is lower than that of traditional fuel vehicles, the NVH requirements for the whole vehicle are high, and the electric compressor becomes the largest noise source at total speed.)

(2) Adaptable to more stringent operating conditions and a wider operating range. (It has a wide operating speed range of 600~8500 rpm, with a short-term maximum of 10000 rpm, and meets the requirements of -20~125℃ environment)
