The commercial vehicle electric air conditioning compressor is the "cooling heart" of the air conditioning system for electric trucks and buses. Independent electric drive: powered by the onboard battery (low voltage 24V/48V or high voltage 300-800V), driven by a three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor, independent of the engine, suitable for pure electric/hybrid commercial vehicle power architecture, and capable of stable cooling even at parking and low speeds.
Variable frequency intelligent regulation: Equipped with a built-in frequency converter, the speed can be infinitely adjusted according to the temperature inside the car and the set requirements (commonly 1000~6500rpm), accurately matching the cooling capacity, saving 10%~30% energy compared to fixed frequency, while reducing noise and vibration.
Multi scenario adaptation: Suitable for heavy-duty, frequent start stop, and wide temperature range (-40 ℃~150 ℃ common) working conditions of commercial vehicles, with a protection level of IP67, anti vibration, dustproof, and waterproof, meeting complex environments such as long-distance transportation and urban public transportation.
Collaborative thermal management: Some high-voltage models can be linked to a battery thermal management system, which takes into account the temperature control of the battery pack during cooling/heating, ensuring that the battery operates in a suitable temperature range and improving battery life and safety.
Environmental Protection and Compliance: Suitable for environmentally friendly refrigerants such as R134a, R407C, R290, etc., meeting the environmental standards of China VI and the European Union, and adapting to the environmental requirements of commercial vehicle new energy conversion.
