Description
Core Structure & Working Principle
Structure: It is composed of an eccentric rotor, 3-6 sliding vanes, a cylindrical cylinder, front and rear end covers, an integrated high - voltage motor, and an inverter controller. The vanes are pressed against the cylinder wall by centrifugal force or springs to form variable - volume sealed chambers.
Working Cycle:
- Suction: When the rotor rotates, the chamber volume increases, and air/refrigerant is drawn in.
2. Compression: As the rotor continues to rotate, the chamber volume decreases, and the pressure rises.
3. Discharge: When the pressure meets the requirement, the gas is discharged, and continuous output is achieved through continuous rotation.
