High Quality High Voltage PTC Coolant Heater for Electric Car
The PTC heater is a heater designed for new energy vehicles. The PTC heater heats the entire vehicle, provides heat to the cockpit of the new energy vehicle and meets the criteria for safe defrosting and defogging. The PTC heater can also heat other mechanisms of the vehicle that require temperature regulation (e.g. the battery). The PTC heater works by electrically heating the antifreeze so that it is heated internally by a warm air core. The PTC heater is installed in a water-cooled circulation system where the temperature of the warm air is gentle and controllable. The PTC heater drives IGBTs with PWM regulation to regulate the power and has a short time heat storage function. The PTC heater is environmentally friendly and energy efficient, in line with the environmental sustainability of today’s times.
