Brief Introduction
1. The water pump structure is a shielded pump structure;
2. The front bearing seat is in contact with the medium, and the front insulating pad realizes the insulation of the front bearing seat and the casing;

In order to meet the insulation requirements of the rear bearing seat, a new structure is designed to isolate the rubber package of the rear bearing seat from the casing to meet the insulation requirements of the medium and the casing. The rear bearing seat is separated from the casing and is an independent part. The rear end face fixes the controller to dissipate heat for the controller, reduce temperature rise, and increase the service life of the controller. The front end contacts the circulating medium to take away the heat of the controller.
4. The motor shaft is a hollow structure. The medium enters the shielding sleeve through the front bearing seat in the high-voltage area of the volute, and enters the bottom of the motor shaft through the cross slot of the rear bearing seat after reaching the rear bearing seat, and returns to the water inlet of the high voltage coolant pump through the center hole of the motor shaft, forming a small heat dissipation circulation system.

Precautions for use
1. Do not operate the pump beyond its rated power for extended periods.
2. When the medium temperature is between -40°C and -15°C, the pump speed must not exceed 3000 rpm.
3. Do not run the pump dry.
4. During long-term storage, the dust cover must be installed to prevent foreign matter from entering the pump chamber.
5. The pump chamber must be fully filled with medium before power is applied.
6. Do not use medium containing impurities larger than 0.25 mm (maximum dimension in any direction) or magnetic particles.
7. After installation, the pump inlet and outlet pipes must be supported to prevent any weight from being applied to the pump body.
8. The pump installation location must be well ventilated to ensure convection heat dissipation.
