1. Battery Thermal Management System (BTMS)
Battery preheating (winter): motor waste heat → battery; Heat pump/chiller → battery temperature rise, pre temperature before fast charging, improving charging speed and lifespan.
Battery cooling (summer/fast charging): Battery → radiator/chiller, control temperature difference ≤ 3 ℃ to avoid thermal runaway.
Temperature equalization control: By distributing flow, the internal temperature of the battery pack is evenly distributed, improving consistency and cycle life.
2. Thermal management of electric drive system (motor+electronic control)
Motor/electronic control cooling: large circulation heat dissipation under high load; Small cycle insulation during low load to reduce energy consumption during warm-up.
Waste heat recovery: motor waste heat → battery/cabin, replacing PTC, saving more than 30% energy.
3. Integrated vehicle thermal management (heat pump+cabin)
Heat pump system reversing: Four way valve realizes the switching of cooling/heating modes, using heat pump+waste heat in winter and efficient cooling in summer.
Multi heat source coupling: Intelligent heat distribution between batteries, motors, cabins, and heat pumps to achieve optimal temperature control across the entire area.
4. Adaptation to special working conditions
Fast charging thermal management: During fast charging, large flow cooling is used to control temperature rise ≤ 5 ℃ and support 800V high-voltage platform.
Low temperature start-up/extreme cold environment: Quickly preheat the battery and motor to avoid power limitations and improve low-temperature reliability.
Simplified thermal management architecture: used for integrated thermal management modules (ITM) to replace traditional discrete valve groups and reduce costs and weight.
