As a core component of the pneumatic system in new energy vehicles, the new energy air compressor is rapidly transforming from traditional mechanical drive to a more efficient, oil-free, intelligent, and integrated electrification-oriented approach. The combination of oil-free scroll compressors and permanent magnet synchronous motors has become mainstream in mid-to-high-end models, while technological upgrades and cost reductions will drive its widespread application in all types of new energy vehicles, bringing the industry solutions with lower energy consumption, higher reliability, and a superior driving experience. 

The new energy air compressor (also known as an electric air compressor, EAC) is a high-pressure air supply device specifically designed for new energy vehicles (pure electric, hybrid, fuel cell). It generates compressed air through an electric motor, replacing the mechanical air compressor driven by the engine crankshaft in traditional fuel vehicles. 

Core functions: Providing stable high-pressure air for the vehicle's pneumatic system, primarily used for: 

1、Service braking system (air braking)

2、Auxiliary air systems (door opening and closing, air suspension, airbag inflation) 

3、Fuel cell system (providing the high-pressure air required for the reaction)

4、Other pneumatic equipment (pneumatic horn, pneumatic seat, etc.)
