NF recently launched high-voltage electric heaters (HVH) with a heating power of 7 to 15 kilowatts, suitable for electric vehicles, trucks, buses, construction machinery and special vehicles.
The size of these three products is smaller than a standard A4 paper. The heating efficiency of the products can be stabilized at more than 95%, and they can convert electrical energy into thermal energy with almost no loss.
Unlike fuel vehicles that can use the heat of the engine to heat the interior of the car, electric vehicles need heaters. NF high-voltage electric heaters can not only heat the cabin,
but also heat the battery pack thermal management, helping to extend the driving range and battery life.
The extremely thin heating layer in the high-voltage coolant heater is tightly combined with a heat exchanger with a large contact surface. This high-voltage heater for EV
heats up very quickly and efficiently, and its temperature and heat output are linearly stepless, which means precise control of the actual heat required. The service life of the HVCH electric heater is 15,000 to 25,000 hours.
