Water pump repair and maintenance
1 Check whether the connection between the water pump and the pipeline is tight. If it is loose, use the clamp wrench to tighten the clamp
2 Check whether the screws at the flange plate of the pump body and the motor are fastened. If they are loose, fasten them with a cross screwdriver
3 Check the fixation of the water pump and the vehicle body. If it is loose, tighten it with a wrench.

1 The water pump must be installed horizontally along the axis. The installation location should be as far away from the high temperature area as possible. It should be installed at a location with low temperature or good air flow. It should be as close to the radiator tank as possible to reduce the water inlet resistance of the water pump. The installation height should be more than 500mm from the ground and about 1/4 of the water tank height below the total height of the water tank.
2 The water pump is not allowed to run continuously when the outlet valve is closed, causing the medium to vaporize inside the pump. When stopping the water pump, it should be noted that the inlet valve must not be closed before stopping the pump, which will cause sudden liquid cut-off in the pump.
3 It is forbidden to use the pump for a long time without liquid. No liquid lubrication will cause the parts in the pump to be lack of lubricating medium, which will aggravate the wear and reduce the service life of the pump.
4 The cooling pipeline shall be arranged with as few elbows as possible (elbows less than 90 ° are strictly prohibited at the water outlet) to reduce pipeline resistance and ensure smooth pipeline.
5 When the water pump is used for the first time and used again after maintenance, it must be fully vented to make the water pump and suction pipe full of cooling liquid.
