EHP series thermal management unit has the advantages of high efficiency, safety, environmental protection, CAN2.0 communication, fault self-diagnosis, etc. It can realize three functional modes: cooling, heating and self cycling.
EHP series battery thermal management unit is a system used to cool/heat up the battery pack of new energy vehicles.
During the driving or charging process of the vehicle, the temperature of the battery pack rises due to the external ambient temperature or the charging and discharging characteristics of the battery pack itself, resulting in the loss of the best working environment of the battery. The service object of this product is the water-cooled battery pack, through the control of water temperature, the battery pack in the battery pack works within a certain temperature range, so as to ensure the quality of the battery, prolong its service life, and ensure the cruising range of the vehicle.
Compared with the traditional heat dissipation method, this product has the characteristics of fast heat dissipation, high efficiency, stable temperature control, which can significantly improve battery performance and extend service life.

Operational Principle
The schematic diagram of our EHP battery thermal management system is shown in Figure 2-1. The solid red line in the figure represents the refrigeration cycle, and the dashed blue line represents the coolant cycle. This unit has three modes, including cooling mode, heating mode, and self-circulation mode. The unit switches between these three modes based on the parameters feedback from the battery pack BMS.
