Description
Electric Water Pumps consist of a pump head, impeller, and brushless motor, featuring a compact structure and lightweight design.
We are capable of manufacturing customized electronic water pumps to meet specific customer requirements.
Our low-voltage Electronic water pump operate within a rated voltage range of 12 V to 48 V, with a rated power range of 55 W to 1000 W.
Our High Voltage Electronic water pump operate within a rated voltage range of 400 V to 750 V, also with a rated power range of 55 W to 1000 W.
The working principle of an automotive electronic water pump is as follows:
- The motor’s rotational motion drives a mechanical mechanism that causes the diaphragm inside the pump to reciprocate, thereby compressing and expanding the air within the fixed-volume pump chamber;
- Under the action of a one-way valve, positive pressure is generated at the outlet. The actual output pressure depends on the external support pressure and the pump’s inherent characteristics;
- A vacuum is created at the water inlet, generating a pressure differential with the surrounding atmospheric pressure. As a result, water is drawn into the pump through the inlet and subsequently discharged through the outlet;
- With the continuous kinetic energy transmitted by the motor, water is constantly drawn in and expelled, forming a stable and continuous flow.

| 1 | The water pump must be installed horizontally along the axis. The installation location should be as far away from the high temperature area as possible. It should be installed at a location with low temperature or good air flow. It should be as close to the radiator tank as possible to reduce the water inlet resistance of the water pump. The installation height should be more than 500mm from the ground and about 1/4 of the water tank height below the total height of the water tank. | ||||
| 2 | The water pump is not allowed to run continuously when the outlet valve is closed, causing the medium to vaporize inside the pump. When stopping the water pump, it should be noted that the inlet valve must not be closed before stopping the pump, which will cause sudden liquid cut-off in the pump. | ||||
| 3 | It is forbidden to use the pump for a long time without liquid. No liquid lubrication will cause the parts in the pump to be lack of lubricating medium, which will aggravate the wear and reduce the service life of the pump. | ||||
| 4 | The cooling pipeline shall be arranged with as few elbows as possible (elbows less than 90 ° are strictly prohibited at the water outlet) to reduce pipeline resistance and ensure smooth pipeline. | ||||
| 5 | When the water pump is used for the first time and used again after maintenance, it must be fully vented to make the water pump and suction pipe full of cooling liquid. | ||||
| 6 | It is strictly prohibited to use liquid with impurities and magnetic conductive particles larger than 0.35mm, otherwise the water pump will be stuck, worn and damaged. | ||||
| 7 | When using in low temperature environment, please ensure that the antifreeze will not freeze or become very viscous. | ||||
| 8 | If there is water stain on the connector pin, please clean the water stain before use. | ||||
