The PTC electric heater utilizes PTC technology to comply with high-voltage safety requirements for passenger vehicles. Additionally, it meets the relevant environmental performance standards for components located within the engine compartment. The heater features a compact structure and high power density, effectively reducing heat loss and enhancing overall operational efficiency. A redundant sealing design further improves system reliability.
This PTC electric heater is suitable for use in electric, hybrid, and fuel cell vehicles and is primarily employed as the main heat source for cabin temperature regulation.
The heater is applicable in both driving and parking modes of vehicle operation. During the heating process, electrical energy is efficiently converted into thermal energy through PTC components. As a result, this product delivers a faster heating performance compared to internal combustion engines. Furthermore, it can also be utilized for battery temperature management—specifically heating the battery to its optimal operating temperature—as well as supporting fuel cell startup under load conditions.
