Three Way Valve Description
Electric coolant system valves developed by Nanfeng Group adopt the "DC motor + gearbox + position sensor" solution, achieving precise valve rotation control and flow regulation.
The position sensor provides corresponding voltage feedback based on the valve's rotation angle, ensuring accuracy and repeatability in closed-loop control.
The product series offers port diameters ranging from 16 mm to 25 mm, with connecting pipe sizes customizable according to customer requirements. Specifically, the 25 mm diameter model supports flow control ranging from 5 L/min to 100 L/min, meeting diverse thermal management system demands.
In new energy vehicle thermal management systems, electric water valves enable automated connection, cutoff, direction switching, and proportional regulation of coolant across various circuits through electronic control signals. The standard three way valve integrates the valve body, actuator, and bracket into a compact assembly. It utilizes a ball valve structure that switches water paths through rotation, with a travel angle of 90°, supporting both proportional adjustment and mode switching.
