1. The heater’s exterior shall be clean, aesthetically pleasing, and free from visible damage. The manufacturer’s logo shall be clearly visible and easily identifiable.
2. Insulation resistance: Under normal conditions, the insulation resistance between the heat sink and the electrode shall be ≥100 MΩ at 1000 VDC.
3. Electrical strength: When applying a test voltage of AC 1800 V for 1 minute between the heat sink and the electrode, the leakage current shall not exceed 10 mA, with no breakdown or flashover observed. Similarly, when applying the same test voltage between the sheet metal and the electrode, the leakage current shall not exceed 1 mA.
4. The corrugated spacing of the heat dissipation fins is 2.8 mm. When a horizontal pulling force of 50 N is applied to the fins for 30 seconds, no cracking or detachment shall occur.
5. Under test conditions of wind speed 5 m/s, rated voltage DC 12 V, and ambient temperature 25 ± 2 ℃, the output power shall be 600 ± 10% W, with an operational voltage range of 9–16 V.
6. The PTC element shall be waterproof-treated, and the surface of the heat dissipation strip shall remain non-conductive.
7. The inrush current at startup shall not exceed twice the rated current.
8. Protection level: IP64.
9. Unless otherwise specified, dimensional tolerances shall conform to GB/T 1804–C.
10. Thermostat characteristics: Overtemperature protection at 95 ± 5 ℃, reset temperature at 65 ± 15 ℃, and contact resistance ≤ 50 mΩ.
Function Description
1.It is completed by the low-voltage area MCU and related functional circuits, which can realize CAN basic communication functions, bus-based diagnostic functions, EOL functions, command issuing functions, and PTC status reading functions.
2.The power interface is composed of low-voltage area power processing circuit and isolated power supply, and both high- and low-voltage areas are equipped with EMC-related circuits.
