Product Description
The heater portion of the PTC heater assembly is located in the lower part of the heater and utilizes the properties of the PTC sheet for heating. The heater operates at high voltage, and the PTC element generates heat, which is conducted to the aluminum fins of the radiator. Subsequently, the air box fan blows ambient air across the heated surfaces, transferring the thermal energy into warm air that is then distributed into the vehicle cabin.
PTC air heater assembly adopts one-piece structure, which integrates the controller and PTC heater into one, the product is small in size, light in weight and easy to install.
The PTC heater features a compact and well-designed structure that maximizes space utilization. Safety, waterproofing, and ease of assembly have been fully considered in the design to ensure reliable and stable operation of the heater under various conditions.
