Electric air compressor Technology and Performance Characteristics:

1. The piston and piston rings are made of imported high-wear-resistant PTFE material, with a temperature resistance exceeding 200℃.

2. The cylinder features a lightweight design with a highly wear-resistant ceramic layer on the inner surface.

3. High-pressure bearings from Japanese NSK and IKO are used to improve the bearings' resistance to impact loads. The entire assembly has passed over 10,000 hours of continuous 24-hour loading tests.

4. The unit has a fast air intake speed, better meeting the air demand of various vehicle operating conditions.

5. The unit's low exhaust temperature eliminates the need for additional cooling devices in the vehicle's piping.

6. The symmetrical distribution of the four cylinders and the use of enlarged, high-load-bearing, and long-life rubber vibration damping pads result in low vibration intensity.
