The working principle of PTC air heater is based on the characteristic that the resistance of PTC material increases as the temperature rises. When the PTC heater is turned on, the ceramic heating element inside it begins to heat up and transfers heat to the air flowing through it via the heat dissipation structure such as aluminum tubes, thus achieving air heating. As the temperature rises, the resistance of the PTC material gradually increases, thus limiting the further increase of current and avoiding overheating, achieving the function of self-regulated temperature.
