Product Description
This water parking heater adopts spray atomization technology, high combustion efficiency (>99%). It adopts high pressure ignition device, fast ignition speed.
The 30 kW diesel water parking heater for buses has obtained E-mark certification. The controller for this diesel water parking heater is an on/off type controller.
This independent liquid parking heater adopts advanced high-voltage jet atomization method, optimized oil and gas ratio design, good reliability, low failure rate, environmental protection emission, economic use, automatic intelligent control, more humane use.
The diesel liquid parking heater is widely applied for cold-start assistance, defrosting, and cabin heating in various water-cooled engine vehicles, including buses, commercial vehicles, trucks, special-purpose vehicles, and construction machinery. It is also suitable for heating and thermal insulation in equipment cabins, food trucks, sprinkler trucks, sanitation vehicles, and specialized vehicles transporting plants that utilize water or antifreeze circulation systems.

Installation
Installation is important, because it decides usage effect of warming system directly.
Installation of this water parking heater has five steps:
1. For convenient installation of the heater, please refer to the diagram below. The heater should be installed in a dedicated compartment with moderate temperature and no combustible materials. The air inlet and exhaust openings must be kept clean to prevent the intake of snow or water spray. The exhaust outlet should not face the direction of vehicle movement.
2. To ensure sufficient air intake, a shutter with a total area of at least 100 cm² should be installed on the side of the cabin. The heater’s intake must not draw in exhaust air, which could affect performance. The exhaust pipe must extend to the outside of the cabin.
3. The fuel line (φ8×1) should be made of nylon resin with M14×1.5 threaded joints. All connections must be tightly sealed. The vertical distance between the fuel tank liquid level and the center of the heater must not exceed ±500 mm. The maximum distance between the fuel inlet and the tank should be within 3 meters. The heater’s fuel line must be independent and not shared with other systems.
4. Electrical connections should be made in accordance with the circuit diagram.
5. The piping layout of the heater must be reasonably arranged, with the coolant inlet located at the top and the heater positioned as low as possible. Bends in the piping should be smooth and not sharp. The pressure resistance of the pipes must exceed 6 kg/cm².
