450-750V High-voltage electronic cooling water pump for new energy vehicles
Product Description
The high-voltage electronic cooling water pump is the "heart" of the electric vehicle's three electric system, responsible for promoting the circulation of coolant, achieving heat dissipation, insulation, temperature control, ensuring the safety, durability, and stable performance of the battery and motor.
Main Applications
1. Cooling the power battery
Fast charging, driving on highways, and high temperatures in summer can cause the battery to heat up. The water pump drives the coolant to circulate, taking away the heat and preventing the battery from overheating, catching fire, and decaying.
2. Provide heat dissipation for motors and electronic controls
The temperature of motors and inverters is very high during operation, and they must be continuously cooled, otherwise they may overheat, limit power, or even be damaged.
3. Preheat the battery in winter
At low temperatures, the battery performance is poor and cannot be charged. The water pump circulates the coolant and, in conjunction with PTC or heat pump, heats up the battery to improve endurance and charging speed.
4. When fast charging high-voltage components such as car chargers and DC/DC, OBC and DC/DC generate significant heat and rely on their cyclic cooling.
5. Cooperate with the air conditioning heat pump system to use waste heat to heat the car interior in winter, improving battery life

Electronic Water Pump Structure
1. The water pump structure is a shielded pump structure;
2. The front bearing housing is in contact with the medium, and the front insulating pad insulates the front bearing housing from the housing;
3. To meet the insulation requirements of the rear bearing housing, a new structure is designed to encapsulate the rear bearing housing and isolate it from the housing, satisfying the insulation requirements between the medium and the housing. The rear bearing housing is separate from the housing and is an independent part. The controller is fixed at the rear end, providing heat dissipation for the controller, reducing temperature rise, and improving the controller's service life. The front end contacts the circulating medium, carrying away the controller's heat.
4. The motor shaft has a hollow structure. The medium enters the shielding sleeve through the front bearing housing in the high-pressure area of the volute, and after reaching the rear bearing housing, it enters the bottom of the motor shaft through the cross groove of the rear bearing housing, returning to the water pump inlet through the central hole of the motor shaft, forming a small heat dissipation circulation system.
