NF Auto Electric Water Pump 24 Volt DC mainly consists of several parts, such as pump cover, impeller rotor assembly, stator bushing component, casing stator component, motor driving plate and heat sink back cover, which are compact in structure and light in weight. Its working principle is that the impeller and rotor assembly are integrated, the rotor and stator are separated by shielding sleeve, and the heat generated by the rotor in the medium can be exported through the cooling medium. So, its high working environment adaptability, can adapt to -40 ℃ ~ 95 ℃ environment temperature. The pump is of high strength and abrasion resistant material with a service life of more than 35 000 hours.

|If the pump current is>60A and the duration is ＜ 100us, after judging the overcurrent protection, stop the pump immediately and output the CAN signal.
|Locked rotor protection
|If the pump detection current is ＞ 19A and the duration is ＞ 200ms, the locked rotor fault is judged; Stop the water pump and restart it after 2s. If the water pump continuously detects the locked rotor fault for 10 times in the power on cycle, the water pump stops and outputs CAN signal.
|Dry running protection
|If the current is less than 3A and the speed is more than 3500 rpm, the pump will enter into dry operation and operate at low speed for 15 min, then the pump will stop and will not restart and output CAN signals. If the water supply is recovered within 15min of low speed operation, the water pump will resume normal operation.
|The water pump detects that the internal chip temperature is>145 ℃ and the duration is>1s. After judging the overtemperature fault, the water pump stops and outputs CAN signals. If the temperature returns to normal, the water pump returns to work and stops reporting the fault.
|If the pump detection voltage is less than 17V and the duration is more than 3s, judge the undervoltage fault; The water pump stops and outputs CAN signals. If the voltage returns to normal, the water pump returns to work and stops reporting the fault.
|If the detection voltage of the water pump is ＞ 37V and the duration is ＞ 500ms, judge the overvoltage fault; The water pump stops and outputs CAN signals. If the voltage returns to normal, the water pump returns to work and stops reporting the fault.
|Reverse connection protection
|The 28V positive and negative conductors are reversely connected for 1min, and the water pump will not be burnt. After the conductor sequence is restored, the water pump will operate normally.
