The 632 series electronic circulation pump is a brand-new low-energy, high-efficiency water pump launched by our company. This water pump is characterized by its small size, light weight, compact structure, wide range of applicable environments, and platform-based development and design. Despite its similar appearance, it can meet the different power, head, and flow requirements of various vehicles through PWM speed regulation and CAN bus precise control. This product features over/under voltage protection, dry running protection, reverse connection protection, and stall protection.

Its working principle involves the impeller being mounted on the motor rotor, with the rotor and stator isolated by a shielding sleeve. The heat generated by the motor can be dissipated through the cooling medium. Therefore, it has high environmental adaptability, capable of withstanding ambient temperatures from -40℃ to 85℃, and a lifespan exceeding 20,000 hours.

It is suitable for use in the cooling systems of new energy commercial vehicles, buses, pure electric heavy-duty, medium-duty, and light-duty trucks, pure electric van-type logistics vehicles, and special vehicles.

Precautions for Installing Water Pump

installation

1. The water pump must be installed horizontally, away from high-temperature areas, in a location with low temperatures or good air circulation, and as close as possible to the radiator to reduce inlet resistance. The installation height should be greater than 500mm from the ground and lower than the radiator outlet.

2. Minimize the use of elbows in the media circulation pipeline (elbows less than 90° are strictly prohibited at the outlet) to reduce pipeline resistance and ensure unobstructed flow.

3. This series of water pumps must use antifreeze that meets national standards. Different brands and compositions of antifreeze must not be mixed to avoid antifreeze reactions that can cause precipitates. These precipitates can clog the pump and affect system heat dissipation. In low-temperature environments, ensure the antifreeze used does not freeze or become viscous.

4. When the water pump is running, ensure that the valves on the inlet and outlet pipelines are fully open.

5. Before first use and after maintenance, the water pump must be fully purged to ensure the pump and suction line are filled with antifreeze.

6. The water pump must not be operated for extended periods without circulating medium. Prolonged operation without lubrication will accelerate wear on internal parts and reduce the pump's lifespan.

7. Before test running the entire vehicle system, ensure the piping is clean and purged, especially removing any metal shavings. The magnetic force of the rotor magnets can attract metal shavings to the rotor, blocking the gap between the rotor and the shielding sleeve, causing pump jamming and wear damage.

8. If there is water on the connector pins, clean them thoroughly before use.

9. Ensure the connector terminals are in tight contact for a secure connection.

1. Battery Pack: Controls battery temperature between 20–35℃, quickly dissipates heat during fast charging, and uses PTC preheating at low temperatures;

 

2. Electric Drive System: Cools the drive motor and motor controller (IGBT) to prevent power reduction due to high temperatures;

 

3. Air Conditioning and Thermal Management: Heat pump system circulation, heating core circuit;
