High voltage thick film coolant heater (HVCH) is a core component of high-voltage thermal management for new energy vehicles. It uses thick film heating technology (TFE) instead of traditional PTC to heat the coolant on the 400V/800V platform, while also considering battery preheating and cabin heating. 2. Vehicle application scenarios
Thermal management of power batteries: Preheat the battery to 25-35 ℃ at low temperatures (<15 ℃) to improve fast charging speed, capacity, and cycle life.
Cabin heating and defogging: Replace engine waste heat, quickly warm up in winter, defogger and defrost the glass, and improve comfort.
Hybrid/fuel cell vehicle: hybrid vehicle battery and cabin heating; Fuel cell vehicles assist in preheating to improve low-temperature starting performance.
