Description

This PTC coolant heater adopts PTC technology to meet the safety requirements of passenger cars for high voltage. In addition, it can also meet the relevant environmental requirements of components in the engine compartment.

The purpose of PTC battery cabin heaters in application is to replace the engine block as the main source of heat. It heats the PTC heating component by supplying power to the PTC heating group, and heats the medium in the heating system circulation pipeline through heat exchange.

The main performance characteristics are as follows:

Compact structure, high power density, and flexible adaptation to the installation space of the entire vehicle.

The use of plastic material shells can achieve thermal isolation from the frame, thereby reducing heat dissipation and improving efficiency. Adopting redundant sealing design can improve system reliability.
