This high-voltage PTC air heater delivers fast, efficient, and safe cabin heating for electric, hybrid, and conventional vehicles—even in sub-zero conditions.
It uses a self-regulating ceramic PTC element that heats rapidly (reaching full output in under 30 seconds) and cannot overheat—no external thermal cutoffs needed. Energy efficiency exceeds 97%.
Compact and lightweight, it fits standard HVAC ducts or under-dash locations. Built with flame-retardant housing, vibration-resistant components, and IP6K9K-rated connectors, it meets ISO 16750 and UN ECE R100 safety standards.
Built-in dual thermal fuses, real-time current monitoring, and 2 kV dielectric insulation provide robust protection. Noise is under 42 dB(A) at full load.
