Description
Electrical components generate heat during operation, which can be harmful to sensitive parts within the power system. While air cooling has traditionally been used to dissipate this heat, liquid cooling now offers a more efficient alternative.
The principle of liquid cooling is straight forward: coolant is circulated to the heat source—such as a radiator or liquid-cooled module—where it absorbs thermal energy. The heated fluid is then pumped to a water-to-water or water-to-air heat exchanger for cooling before being recirculated.
