NF GROUP  7 kW–15 kW Thick-Film high voltage coolant heater is a compact, high-efficiency electric heating solution designed for automotive thermal management systems. It converts electrical energy into thermal energy to heat ethylene glycol–based coolant, serving dual functions: cabin climate conditioning and low-temperature battery preconditioning in battery electric vehicles (BEVs) and plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs).
The heater employs advanced thick-film heating technology, wherein rare-earth–doped resistive paste is precision screen-printed onto corrosion-resistant stainless steel substrates and thermally cured to form a durable, adherent heating layer. This process enables uniform heat distribution, rapid thermal response, and long-term stability under cyclic thermal loading.

1. Exceptional Energy Efficiency: Thermal conversion efficiency ≥98.5%, achieved through fully immersed planar heating elements that minimize convective and radiative losses—thereby enhancing system-level energy economy and extending service life.
