Nanfeng Group's R&D building features two new heater technologies: a thin-film high-voltage coolant heater and a thick-film high-voltage electric heater. Power ranges from 7kW to 24kW, and voltage from 350V to 900V, catering to diverse customer needs.
NF HVCH provides heating solutions for plug-in and electric buses and commercial vehicles. This compact unit ensures a continuous high power output of 24kW and can be used flexibly within a voltage range of 450 to 940 volts. It achieves stepless variable frequency power output control through an integrated control unit. This control can be achieved by adjusting the outlet water temperature or limiting the maximum power output or power consumption.
Furthermore, it supports CAN bus and utilizes intelligent diagnostics to transmit critical operational data to the vehicle systems.
