Description

The product meets the voltage requirement of 48V. The PTC chip is 2.4mm thick and Tc210℃, ensuring good voltage resistance and durability. The internal heating core components of the product are divided into 2 groups and controlled by 2 IGBTs.
In order to ensure the product's protection level of IP67, insert the heating core component of the product into the lower base at an angle, put on the nozzle sealing ring, press the outer part with a pressure plate, and then seal it with potting glue in the lower base, potting it to a D-type tube upper surface. After assembling other components, use sealing gaskets between the upper and lower bases to ensure good waterproof performance.
