This electric scroll compressor is a core integrated component specifically developed for the air conditioning and thermal management systems of new energy vehicles. Unlike traditional belt-driven mechanical compressors, it adopts a fully electric direct-drive design, integrating a high-efficiency permanent magnet synchronous motor, a precision scroll compressor mechanism, and a built-in intelligent variable frequency drive module into a compact unit.
This EV Air Conditioning Compressor features continuous variable frequency speed regulation, enabling precise stepless adjustment of cooling and heating capabilities. It supports cabin cooling and heat pump heating functions, perfectly meeting the thermal management needs of pure electric vehicles, hybrid vehicles, and special engineering vehicles. Thanks to its optimized scroll gear design, it ensures stable operation, high energy efficiency, and strong durability even under extreme vehicle operating conditions.
