This electronic water pump is a variable-speed unit featuring an impeller driven by a brushless DC motor, which is controlled by an integrated controller.
It is suitable for applications such as automotive engine primary and auxiliary cooling systems, battery pack cooling systems, and energy storage equipment. By circulating coolant to various heat dissipation channels, it enables thermal management systems to operate at peak efficiency and ensures stable performance.
The electronic circulation pump supports speed control via CAN bus, allowing for the adjustment of its operating status. In addition to its core functions, the pump is equipped with comprehensive protection features.

This series of EV Circulation Pump features a canned pump design driven by a brushless motor, with the following main components:
1. A DC brushless motor, comprising a rotor assembly (including the impeller assembly) and a stator housing assembly (including the isolation sleeve and rear bearing housing assembly).
2. A controller (PCB assembly) for communicating with the main control unit and controlling the DC brushless motor.
3. A pump cover for connecting to the vehicle, engine, and cooling system.
4. A brushless motor rear cover, including a wiring assembly for connection to the vehicle.
