1、 Core Definition and Principles
Definition: Based on Thick Film Element (TFE) heating technology, a heating circuit is formed by printing and sintering resistance paste on the surface of a ceramic/metal substrate. After being powered on, the electrical energy is converted into heat energy through Joule effect, directly heating the coolant (ethylene glycol aqueous solution), and then circulating through the liquid circuit to supply heat to the battery and cabin.

High voltage input: 400V/800V high voltage DC power supply;
Thick film heating: The resistance layer generates heat when electrified, with a thermal efficiency of ≥ 95%;
Liquid cooled heat exchange: heat is directly conducted to the coolant without any intermediate losses;
