1、 Product Definition
The high-voltage air heater defroster for new energy buses is compatible with the DC 450-750V high-voltage platform of new energy buses. It adopts a high-voltage PTC air heater direct heating structure, which does not require a water heating circuit. The high-voltage electricity directly heats the air, and at the same time, it realizes the combination of front windshield defrosting and defogging+cabin heating. It is a dedicated on-board heating defrosting equipment for pure electric/hybrid/fuel cell buses.
2、 Core working principle
Connect the entire vehicle to a high-voltage direct current of 450-750V, and the internal high-voltage PTC ceramic heating element is energized to quickly heat up;
The centrifugal fan sucks in cold air, which flows through the PTC heating element and is directly heated into hot air;
Directed hot air blows towards the front windshield and side windows, quickly defrosting, defogging, and defrosting;
At the same time, it can provide warm air to the driver's cabin, which can be used for both purposes;
PTC has its own temperature limiting feature, with constant temperature without exceeding the limit, no open flame, and no fire caused by dry burning. It also has multiple built-in electrical protections.
