HV WPTC Heater For Battery Thermal Management
Liable Thermal Heating Solutions for Electric Vehicle BTMS
As low-temperature conditions severely reduce battery discharge capacity, charging speed and service life of new energy vehicles, high-performance heating components become the core guarantee of the battery thermal management system (BTMS). Our EV battery heater, electric coolant heater and EV PTC heater series deliver stable, safe and efficient heating for electric commercial vehicles, passenger cars and special EV platforms.
EV battery heater is specially designed for battery pack preheating and thermal preservation. It provides precise temperature control for the battery loop in cold environments, uniformly warming the battery cells to the optimal working temperature window. It effectively avoids lithium precipitation caused by low-temperature charging, improves fast-charging efficiency, extends battery cycle life, and maintains consistent power output for the whole vehicle. It can be configured as an independent heating circuit, separated from cabin heating, to meet the strict thermal control requirements of heavy-duty electric trucks, buses and engineering vehicles.
Our electric coolant heater (HVCH, high voltage coolant heater) is a general high-voltage liquid heating unit. It uses electric energy to heat the coolant, and transfers heat through the liquid circulation loop. Flexible in layout, it supports dual-loop application: heating the battery circuit or supplying heat for cabin HVAC. We offer both PTC ceramic and thick-film heating versions to match 400V and 800V vehicle platforms. With compact structure, low thermal inertia and high heat conversion efficiency, it is widely adopted in integrated thermal management systems.
EV PTC heater adopts PTC positive temperature coefficient ceramic heating technology, featuring inherent self-temperature-limiting function. It prevents overheating automatically, with outstanding safety and reliability. We supply air PTC and coolant PTC types. The coolant PTC heater is the most mature and mainstream solution for EV liquid heating. It has stable performance under vibration and harsh working conditions, low electromagnetic interference, and supports CAN communication for closed-loop temperature control.
All three products are fully validated by DVP test, with high protection grade, shock and corrosion resistance, adapting to complex working conditions such as long-distance transportation, mountain roads and severe cold regions. Whether you need an independent battery preheating heater, a universal high-voltage coolant heater or a classic PTC heating unit, we can provide customized power, voltage, interface and control scheme according to your BTMS design.
Upgrade your EV thermal system with our heating products. Stable heat, reliable safety, consistent performance in frigid weather — empower your electric vehicles to perform excellently all year round.

Product Features
Main Features
- High Efficiency: Immersion-type coolant resistance heaters achieve up to 98% thermal efficiency—surpassing conventional PTC heaters in electrothermal conversion efficiency. For instance, at a coolant flow rate of 10 L/min, the resistance-wire heater attains 96.5% efficiency; efficiency increases further with higher flow rates.
- Rapid Heating Response: Under identical input power and a coolant flow rate of 10 L/min, immersion-type resistance heaters reach target temperature in 60 seconds—20% faster than conventional PTC heaters, which require 75 seconds.
- Precise Temperature Control: Integrated electronic control enables continuous (infinite-step) modulation of heat output. Control strategies include outlet coolant temperature regulation, maximum power limitation, and maximum heat output capping, with resolution as fine as 1%.
- Compact Integration: The unit features a compact, lightweight design optimized for seamless integration into existing vehicle cooling architectures.
