Our thin-film heater is a smart, high voltage coolant heater designed especially for electric vehicles—built to keep things running smoothly, efficiently, and safely in all kinds of weather. Using advanced semiconductor-style manufacturing (like physical vapor deposition), it layers ultra-thin, high-performance heating elements onto lightweight substrates—resulting in a heater that’s not only highly efficient, but also remarkably even, durable, and quick to respond (reaching target temperature in seconds).

You’ll notice the difference right away: unlike traditional PTC heaters—which naturally lose power as they warm up—our thin-film design delivers steady, reliable performance at 96–97% efficiency across a wide temperature range. It adjusts heat precisely using PWM control, starts gently with zero inrush current (so your sensitive electronics stay protected), and works seamlessly across 400V–1000V systems—including today’s demanding 800V architectures. Plus, it’s made without lead or rare-earth materials, and its cost is now competitive with PTC—so you get cutting-edge performance without compromise.

In everyday use, it quietly supports three key roles: warming battery coolant to keep your pack in its ideal 20–45 °C range (helping preserve both driving range and long-term battery health), heating cabin air quickly on cold mornings, and clearing fogged windows in seconds.
