High Efficiency and Energy Saving: Equipped with a permanent magnet synchronous brushless motor, the efficiency is ≥ 85%, saving about 20% energy compared to low-pressure water pumps, reducing vehicle energy consumption, and improving range.
Safe and Reliable: Fully shielded high-voltage isolation design, equipped with HVIL high-voltage interlock, no leakage risk; IP67 protection level, earthquake and corrosion resistance, suitable for complex road conditions of passenger cars.
Intelligent Control: Supports CAN 2.0 communication and PWM stepless speed regulation, allowing for on-demand flow adjustment. The battery temperature difference is controlled within ± 2 ℃, optimizing thermal management efficiency.
Large Flow and High Head: With a flow rate of 150-300 L/min and a head of 15-25m, it can meet the needs of multiple loop circulation such as HVCH, batteries, and motors.

This high-pressure electronic cooling water pump is designed specifically for the thermal management system of new energy buses, with the following core application scenarios:
New energy urban public transport buses: As a mainstream application scenario, they provide coolant circulation power for the HVCH (High Voltage PTC Water Heater), power battery, drive motor, and electronic control system of buses, ensuring stable thermal management of the entire vehicle.
Electric tourist coaches and passenger buses: adapted to the needs of long-distance operations, with high flow and high head characteristics, meet the requirements of multi loop cooling cycles, and reduce the risk of long-distance operation failures.
Hybrid and extended range buses: When the engine is stopped, maintain the coolant circulation of the battery and electronic control system, balance heating and cooling needs, and improve range and operational efficiency.
Special buses in alpine regions: Suitable for extreme environments ranging from -40 ℃ to+95 ℃, can be used with dual water pumps to ensure the normal operation of HVCH and batteries at low temperatures and avoid affecting cycle efficiency due to low temperatures.
