Working principle of 450-750V high voltage electronic cooling water pump
Power Supply: Powered by the high-voltage battery (DC 450V-750V) of the new energy bus, the low-voltage 24V system is responsible for control and communication, ensuring stable power supply and safe operation.
Motor Drive: Equipped with a built-in permanent magnet synchronous brushless motor (efficiency ≥ 90%) to drive the impeller to rotate, it has no mechanical brushes, no wear, and a long lifespan, making it more energy-efficient than traditional motors.
Full Shielding Isolation: The stator (high voltage side) and rotor (medium side) are completely shielded and isolated, and the high voltage electricity does not come into contact with the coolant, preventing leakage and high voltage breakdown, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
Flow Control: Through CAN 2.0 communication (SAE J1939) and PWM stepless speed regulation, the flow can be accurately adjusted according to the cooling requirements of HVCH, battery, and motor, with a flow accuracy of ± 2%.
Protection Mechanism: Built in multiple protections such as overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, overtemperature, dry running, and stall, automatically reducing power or shutting down in case of faults, suitable for harsh on-board environments.
